I created this activity book to serve as an informative and engaging guide on how to understand the impact of our choices. The choices we make not only have an affect on us, but also those around us. And whether we realize it or not, these choices can often have very lasting impacts. So it is my goal with this book to empower readers to make healthier decisions going forward when faced with the option to do the right thing, the wrong thing, or nothing at all. In other words, I intend for this piece to enable our youth to choose to BE A BUDDY NOT A BULLY!!!"
